AOD Peer Navigator Program

The navigator program is a new program that supports clients who have applied to treatment into a residential Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation centre, or unable to apply due to capacity. The navigators can identify what supports you need and connect you with services suited to the individual. We aim to meet you (where you’re at) in this difficult time until a bed becomes available.

We will connect you to services that can help with:

Health care
Housing
Mental Health Support
Drug and alcohol counselling
Family support and more

We listen to your needs.

We refer you to the right services.

How to apply?

When you complete an online assessment simply tick the box for Navigator support and a member of our Navigator team will contact you within 48hrs.
